Marcus S. Reinhaus
July 31, 1903 – Nov 6 1979
WEISER — Private family services for Marcus S. Reinhaus, 76, Weiser, who died Tuesday at home, will be conducted at Cloverdale Funeral Home by Rabbi Joel Stone, Ahavath Israel Synagogue. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Weiser, under the direction of Northam-Jones Funeral Home, Weiser.
He was born July 31, 1903, in Weiser, to Morris and Sophia Lehman Reinhaus. He married Hazel Schas on Dec. 25, 1934, in Weiser. He had owned and operated Reinhaus Shoe Store in Weiser since 1926. He was a member of the Weiser Chamber of Commerce, a charter member of the BPOE Lodge, No. 1683, and was a 32nd-degree Mason.
Surviving are his wife and a son, Morrie, both of Weiser; a daughter, Mrs. Howard (Paula) Koppel of Boise; and two grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to ALS Research (Lou Gehrig’s disease), Pacific Medical Center, P.O. Box 7999, San Francisco, Calif. 94120.
