Weiser to Mineral
Mineral Cemetery is 34.4 miles north (slightly northwest) of Weiser.
Mineral, the old mining ghost town, is located up Dennett Creek near Brownlee Reservoir along the Oregon/Idaho border. Essentially there are only two ways to get there, over the mountain or around the mountain via the reservoir.

The Mineral Cemetery burned in the 1992 Snake One fire. All the wooden ‘headstones” burned, but 3 marble headstones did not. I was on that fire…
