1898 – July 19, 1988

Ruth M. Brown, 90, born in Rice Lake, Wis., a Tacoma resident since 1930, died on July 19, 1988. Mrs. Brown, a retired telephone operator for Pacific Bell of Seattle and a member of the Amaranth of Gig Harbor, is survived by a sister, Evelyn Porath of Tacoma.

At her request, no services will be held. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
